We are now accepting applications for Sandy Springs Charter Middle School for the 2010-11 school year!  If you would like to apply, please complete the application and drop it off at our school, or mail it to the attention of Dr. Kay Walker. We will be holding a random drawing on April 15, 2010 to select ten students. Please be sure to read all documents included with the application including the expectations for parents and students and our uniform policy.

SSCMS Forming A Football Team

SSCMS is forming a football team with the support of our Foundation. All parents who are interested in their sons participating in Football Spring Training this spring and playing football for SSCMS next fall should contact mindy.zatto@sba-inc.com.

Atlanta Falcons Thomas Johnson, Stephen Nicholas, DJ Shockley, and Matt Ryan visited Sandy Springs Charter Middle School 8^th Grade PE classes during a League-wide day off service for the NFL-United Way Hometown Huddle, a series of volunteer projects implemented on the same day nationwide. Helping kids stay active for 60 minutes a day as part of "NFL PLAY 60," the League's youth health and fitness campaign.
